Many salesman must be wondering why they have already quoted the best price to their customers, who still think the price is too high?
Why can customers receive quotations that are even below cost?
Why can other suppliers offer a price that even lower than the 50% market price?

Surely there are too many factors that can affect the price, but also we need to know now a day the market competition is so fierce now, no one can make exorbitant profits, the price is transparent.

So why can some supplier can offer such a low price?

I think the reason are as follow:

1. This factory does not rely on orders to make money.
When they receive the money from the guests, they will put the money in the usury. So in order to raise as much money as possible in the short term, they will attract orders at very low prices. Such factories usually default on suppliers’ money and are in poor financial condition.A little bit of a sign of disturbance or trouble will lose all the capital invested, it’s a great risk to do business with them.

2. The factory is the kind of cheater who holds the principle of only one time business.
This kind of factories, after they receive money from their clients,they will reduce the goods when delivery, making up for the deficit of the quotation, or sending inferior products or even rubbish to buyers. Anyway, after delivery, they will be all right, with zero after sale service. The buyer who always pay attention to the lowest price is the easiest to jump into a low price trap.

3. The factory regards customers’ loans as interest free loans.
He made many buyers pay the deposit at a low price, then delayed the shipment for several months, and finally told the buyer that he could not deliver the goods and then gave the money back. In general, this kind of factory is not a big and evil liar, most is a hypocrite, using of other people’s money with no interest. But at the end, fortunately, did not meet the real cheater, at least the money is back.

4. The factory cooperates with the prison.
Cooperates with the prison, labor costs are negligible because prisoners are basically unpaid.

5. The factory just cancelled orders, and the guests going to bought it.
But if the product that you need to buy is custom made , that product may not 100% follow your requirement.

6. Pure liar, get the deposit then disappear.

As a smart buyer, should know how to analyze the quality of suppliers.

You need to find a trustworthy supplier, no need to compare prices among many suppliers, and think everyone is not trustworthy.
